Hälsokvargen från Norrland

Hälsokvargen is Verum's new creamy yogurt-style fresh cheese, made from the milk of northern Sweden, Norrland through and through, rooted in generations of local tradition. To launch it, we made that origin something you could see: patches of Norrland itself, lifted free and drifting gently through the air. Moss, ferns, and wildflowers carry the product across a vast northern landscape, each floating island a piece of the place the flavor comes from.
